Job Description

Sales officer is responsible management of the entire sales, overseeing all sales-related activities and day-to-day creation of sales strategies

Provide leadership, direction, and resources to the sales and is accountable for the overall sales performance, the profitable achievement of sales organizational goals and targets, and the alignment of the business’s strategy.

Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume, market share, and other key financial performance objectives

Provides leadership to the sales organization’s management team, while fostering a culture of accountability, professional development, high-performance, and ethical behavior.

To ensuring sustainable revenue growth by constantly maximizing market penetration.

Aligns the sales organization’s objectives with firm business strategy through active participation in corporate strategic planning, sales strategy development, forecasting, sales resource planning, and budgeting.

Accountable for effective sales organization design, including sales job roles, sales channel design, and sales resource deployment.

Establishes and maintains productive peer-to-peer relationships with customers and prospects

 

Requirements:

Education: Master in Buisness Administration, Sales, Marketing, Finance, or equivalent

Experience: 8 + years of sales management experience in a business-to business sales environment, preferably working as director of sales or director of advertising.

- Strong written and spoken English skills.
- Communication with Board, shareholders, partners and clients
- Analyzing, reporting, team building, strategic leadership and organizational skills
-Possess knowledge in leadership principles, business management, strategic planning, demonstrate the reporting system
